Returns & Exchanges

At HOCK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HOCK account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing package.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
